Chapitre 5. Où es-tu ?

1. Élise s’approche des amis de Julien, Christian et Jean-Pierre.
2. “ Salut ! Comment ça va ? Je suis contente de vous voir ! ”
3. “ Salut Élise ! Quelle surprise : tu es à Rennes ! Nous allons bien, et toi ? ”
4. “ Moi aussi je vais bien, merci. Je suis ici pour faire une surprise à Julien…
5. … Vous savez où il est ? ”
6. “ Désolé, nous ne le savons pas : nous ne voyons pas Julien depuis deux jours. Tu veux boire un verre de vin avec nous ? ”
7. Mais Élise ne veut pas boire de vin avec Christian et Jean-Pierre : elle veut juste trouver son petit ami et fêter leur anniversaire !
8. Élise à présent est fatiguée et confuse. Elle ne sait plus où aller : Julien n’est pas chez lui, ni au bureau, ni au bar. Où peut-il bien être ?

Chapter 5. Where Is He?

1. Élise approaches two of Julien’s friends, Christian and Jean-Pierre.
2. “Hi! How are you? How nice to see you both!”
3. “Hi Élise! What a surprise to see you here in Rennes! We’re fine, and you?”
4. “I’m fine too, thanks. I’m here to surprise Julien…
5. … Do you know where he is?”
6. “Sorry, we don’t know. We haven’t seen Julien for two days. Would you like to have a glass of wine with us?”
7. But Élise doesn’t want to drink wine with Christian and Jean-Pierre. She just wants to find her boyfriend and celebrate their anniversary!
8. Now Élise is tired and confused. She doesn’t know where to go anymore. Julien is not at home, nor at the office, nor in the bar. Where can he be?
